Sure Coat is a break through in environmentally friendly, water-based horizontal coating technology. Sure Coat is a patent pending siloxane hybrid coating that is water-based and very low VOC. This membrane is single component and can be applied to a variety of substrates including direct to freshly poured asphalt. Sure Coat comes in grey, tan, spice brown, red, green, black and OSHA yellow. Sure Coat can be customized to match any color with a minimum batch size of 55-gallons. Sure Coat dries to the touch in approximately 30 minutes, can be walked on in 8 hours and can withstand vehicle traffic in 48- 72 hours. Sure Coat bonds to asphalt, concrete, treated wood, tile and fiberglass substrates and is highly resistant to abrasion, impact, moisture, chemicals and atmospheric salts. This antislip membrane has tremendous elongation and tensile strength and can be applied in only 1 coat. It fills and seals all existing cracks, chips and spalled areas and if it ever damaged simply recoat as the coating adheres to itself.
